 Here’s a simple and healthy breakfast recipe: Avocado Toast with Poached Egg.


Ingredients:

- 1 ripe avocado

- 2 slices of whole grain bread

- 1-2 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste

- A squeeze of lemon juice

- Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, radishes, microgreens, red pepper flakes


Instructions:


1. Toast the bread:

   - Toast 2 slices of whole grain bread to your desired level of crispiness.


2. Prepare the avocado:
