EMOTIONAL HEALTH:-  Refers to the state of being aware of and managing your emotions effectively. It involves the ability to handle the stressors and challenges of life, maintain fulfilling relationships, and live a balanced and satisfying life.        


  • ANXIETY ORDER:-

Anxiety disorders are a group of mental health conditions characterized by excessive fear, worry, or nervousness. These disorders can significantly impact a person's daily life, affecting their ability to function normally

  • BIOPOLAR AFFECTIVE DISORDER:- 
Bipolar affective disorder, commonly known as bipolar disorder, is a mental health condition characterized by significant mood swings, including episodes of mania (extremely elevated mood) and depression (extremely low mood). These mood swings can affect sleep, energy levels, activity, judgment, behavior, and the ability to think clearly.  

  • DEPRESSION:-
Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. It is characterized by persistent feelings of sadness and loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. Depression can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person's ability to function at work and at home.

  • BEHAVIOURAL AND EMOTIONAL DISORDER:-

Behavioral and emotional disorders encompass a range of mental health conditions that significantly impact an individual's ability to function effectively in daily life. These disorders can manifest in various ways, affecting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
